The city's not so big


Last weekend I went on a location scout to Cold Spring, NY. It's just an hour train ride north of Manhattan. Could it be more different? It's crazy how the scenery looks like this even just fifteen minutes out of the city. Oh, and that body of water is not the "Cold Spring", it's the Hudson River! I've never seen it look so...not brown.

This was my sentiment too when I rolled into NYC from Montreal. The city just ... appeared suddenly.
